The Majorelle Garden, located in Marrakech, celebrates its 100th anniversary This year. The garden was created by French painter Jacques Majorelle in 1924 1. The garden was purchased by Yves Saint Laurent and Pierre Bergé in 1980, who worked to restore the garden and the neighboring villa. Today, the garden is open to the public and also houses the Yves Saint Laurent Museum, which exhibits works by the designer.
If you are looking to visit the garden, it is open daily from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tickets cost 70 dirhams for adults and 35 dirhams for students. The garden is a great place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Marrakesh.
